Ultra-small Mobile Advanced Nuclear Energy System
Ultra-small mobile advanced nuclear energy system is a compact advanced nuclear energy system with inherent safety and special liquid metal (lead /bismuth/ lithium, etc.) as the cooling medium. It has the significant advantages of ultra-safety, ultra-small size and ultra-long-term, eliminating the hidden dangers of Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear accidents from the source, high fuel utilization rate, and design life of 30~60 years. The fuel is free of replacement for 10-30 years. The system’s power is wide, which can be flexibly combined to adapt to various application requirements. The research team has accumulated more than 30 years of research and development experience, and has made cluster breakthroughs in the ultra-miniaturization theory and technology of nuclear energy systems: breaking through the core basic theory of advanced nuclear energy system design, independently developing the systematic advanced nuclear energy design software system, mastering the series of key core technology maps of advanced nuclear energy system, and completing the integrated experimental simulation prototype of 10MW nuclear reactor power supply engineering. The simulation prototype has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of demonstration and application engineering. At present, the research of Lead-based Reactor has entered the project implementation stage, and the research team has formed the "Lead-based reactor Alliance" and "International small lead-based reactor Alliance" with more than 100 industry leading units at home and abroad. The purpose of the alliance is to lead the creation of the nuclear power industry chain.
